I Added A Few Things on Lucy ^_^ like that bell bow and the bracelets and i made them glow. Oh! I used SA Style on some parts. You can do it on Paint Tool SAI not only on Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, I saw on YouTube about that soo yea
She looks shy to me but it's not my o.c so whatever

I'm sorry for the failure i made... Lucy wasn't that bright but the computer had to make her bright and i can't fix that!
